My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated but weren't quite spacious enough for my family of four. Unfortunately, I couldn't get an extra bed for the handicap-accessible room, so we settled for a normal room. The service was friendly and efficient, especially at the reception. The location, although busy and not ideal for our visit, was convenient and close to the town's main attractions. The dining experience was okay, with good food but let down by plastic plates and cutlery. The facilities were adequate for our needs, offering a comfortable stay overall.
